Hi.

I am just wondering if you could take a look at my Flickr Photostream and let me know what you think of my photography.

I am only asking on here because i dont seem to get any views or, more importantly, comments on my photos.

I am 16 years old and i want to open my own photography business when i am older.

So, comments and feedback would be appreciated. Useful advice from people on any facet of photography, how to start my own photography business etc etc from people who have been there and done that would be an invaluable help as well.

The link is here:

Please let me know, and please be critical.

Thanks and regards,

Ethan

  2. Ethan, on Flickr in order to get views and comments, you need to view and comment on others. Join and submit your images to the proper groups.

Advice...back off the saturation. To understand portraiture more check out tis site http://groups.msn.com/Asktheoleproaboutp...

The images are very dated but the information is still good.

    Keep shooting!!You're doing well!

  3. I commented on a few through flickr as classicrockrox.

While the editing turned out well on some shots, you should be picky with when and how much you use it. Subtler is often better. Most of the shots in the first few pages that I looked at are waaaay oversaturated. I had the same issue about a year ago with contrast, haha. Just don't depend on post-processing so heavily.
