This will be my first real Job and I would like you to please let me know how I can improve my resume. I know it looks messy but that's not really how it looks. And ofcourse my real information will be there. I just would like to know more things you should include and what can be done to improve it.

Good, but I'd add something about looking for future advancement, learning other duties like cash register.  Add available NOW.  Drop the refs available on request and add the 2 or 3 references.  Use expensive resume paper and deliver it in person only, and be dressed in a suit like you are somebody and mean business..
