Breakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal with skim milk and nonfat yogurtLunch- turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread and lettuce, tomato, cheese and mustard on top and an appleSnack- grapefruit and a glass of skim milkDinner- chicken breast with no skin (only 100 cal) and steamed broccillithen i did 25 min. cardiois that enough? or too little!?thanks!
