Don't worry man, I'm 14 and I play pokemon cause I love the strategy. But I play pearl. Still I played Emerald Before.

Their levels are a bit unbalanced, try bringing them to 60+ after that as long as you have enough full restores and revives and a few ether and stuff you should be able to win.

Kyogre learns sheer cold at level 60, and water spout at level 75. If you plan to train it to 75, you should be able to take lots of the elite 4 down easily with just a kyogre.

Swampert does not learn hydro pump unfortunately but you can try teaching him surf, its not as strong but it still is a pretty good water move.

swampert duz not learn hp, jyogre leanrs sheer cold @ 60 and water spout at 75: ur movesets hsould be @the moment

Kyogre: Ice beam, Hydro pump, Body Slam, move of ur choice

Cacturne: Needle Arm, Faint attack, Giga drain/solarbeam, move of ur choice

Crobat: Fly, Aerial ace, poison fang, move of ur choice,

Swampert: EQ, surf, ice beam, muddy water.

Torkoal : Heat wave, fire blast, earthquake, rest

Gardevoir, Shock wave, Psychic (learns it later on), Psybeam, cal mind.
