How is my yugioh mill deck?

Question

OK my deck is to make my opponent deck out and i have some cards that make them those life points for drawing, i also have some cards to stall... i have 64 cards in this deck... i guess having 40 would be better so i could draw better cards but if you think 64 is good then tell me...please only veteran Yugioh players on comments...thanks.

As for the rest of the deck, it look's ok, if you have any card cases and extra cards, you can do what i do for testing decks.

Write every card down on a little piece of paper, and put the piece of paper and another card into the case, than duel against yourself. It's a easy way to test your deck out and you can point out any problems with the deck before embarasing yourself infront of an opponent.

Forgot to mention there has been a rule change, your only allowed a maximum of 60 cards in a deck.

Well if it was me i would remove a couple cards and try to make it atleast 50 cards.The way i see this it dosent matter if u have alot of cards when basicaly they all do the same thing.I give this deck a 7/10 how it is.Some cards i would remove would be Sasuke Samurai a Enervating Mist,Des Counterblow (because it would just kill your flame sprites).Well good luck and i hope this helps, if not then i must e retarted
