How is one penalized for using unemployment insurance while working on the books?

Does anyone know how unemployment penalizes one whom uses the benifits even after they have gone back to work? I know it's not just paying back the weeks they took from, or is it?

They make you pay it back.

It's fraud.  Maybe you get caught, maybe you don't. but you shouldn't want to.

Well, it's paying back the weeks, and if you lie on the forms, it is a fine and possible jail time, depending on what kind of mood the judge is in.
