How is privacy being violated?

i need to write a paper on the Orwellian theories in the book 1984

so any ways that you think privacy is being violated in today's society..

i don't need any information about the book...

just how the government, parents, teachers, corporations or other authority is invading our privacy.

i need a lot of examples so please answer!!!

  1. Well first you have to define invading. Invading would be unwanted people knowing personal information about you. Lets see here. Do I want my child's daycare to have my address and phone number in case they need to get a hold of me because junior swallowed a marker? Do I want my bank knowing my spending habits, so they can alert me of anything out of the ordinary? Do I want my government keeping tabs on known terrorists or trying to find new ones? What exactly am I willing to give up for my own security and safety? Only each individual can answer that for themselves.
