How is selling Clomid online legal??

Question

While researching Clomid I stumbled across a website that sells Clomid over the internet without a prescription. How is this legal?

Obviously I'd go to a doctor regarding Clomid but I'm just curious as to how it can be sold online.

EDIT: I forgot, some of you may not know what Clomid is. It's a drug that helps with infertility in women - to help induce ovulation (the release of an egg).

I remember hearing about it, and here is a news story behind it.

Not legal.. but people are doing it anyway.

The person / company selling the drugs is in another country where this is either legal or the law is not enforced.
