How is silicone sealant made?

Question

I want to do a home made project and make my own silicone sealant or RTV rubber. I understand that silicone oil is used but what other ingredients are required and how do manufacturers make it, whats the process?

Just buy a tube of silicone sealant & look at the composite!

it's made from recycled breast implants

It will be cheaper to buy your silicone sealant, at your home center, then to make your own.  I have poster link below to make your own.
