How is sprouted seed supposed to look before feeding it to budgies?

ive made it and little white fluffy stems are starting to come out of the seeds. should i feed it to my budgies now?

That is O.K.IT IS THE SHOOTS OF THE ROOT AND THE PLANT FEED IT RIGHT AWAY BUT RINSE BEFORE EACH FEED ONLY DO A LITTLE AT A TIME THEN YOU WILL NOT WASTE IT.

They produce extra vitamins and minerals when growing.

the seed should be as yours is,BUT smell it first it should not have a smell .

while soaking rinse seed every 5 or 6 hours.
