  1. the cheek pads should squish your cheeks just a bit brand new.  the pads inside usually settle and form fit after a while.

be sure to try them on, brands differ in sizes.

  2. its suposd to be tight but it shouldnt hurt to take it off. you might just need to wear it in a little.

  3. well. the street bike helmets are sopose to be really tight just in case they fall off your head. so it should be really tight but if loss ajust it to ur size but really tight for you good luck hope it helped you. =).

  4. A street helmet should fit snugly. That being said, all brands fit differently as most people have different shaped heads. Find the brand that fits your mellon. If youre hurting your ears removing the helmet hold the straps away from your head and pull outwards when removing the helmet.

  5. A firm snug fit is the best rule of thumb, but the models and makes all fitting different, you really need to speak to the sales staff in the shop.

If you  are a buying a high end helmet, Arai / Shoei etc, ask the shop staff if they are an offical outlet, will trained staff.

If they are not, go to another shop.

  6. on your head with the visor openning at the front
