How is that my 360 page is still up and running on my last suspended account....?

and is there anyway to start using that account again...i mean come on i was already on level 3...and I had my darling Iggy on that account as a fan...

If a COMPLETELY deleted account doesn't result in a deleted 360 page, contact CUSTOMER CARE by clicking the button at the bottom of this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/re... or use the ABUSE FORM at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/360/abu... . It's possible that you won't be deleted COMPLETELY from the user registration database until after 90 days.

Either you can still access the Y!360 space or you can't. Suspension could mean only from Y/A or a complete account deletion. It's not clear what the case is for you. Log in with your old Yahoo ID and password at http://360.yahoo.com to try it. But as for your Y/A account, forget it - you've basically lost access for good unless you can point out a mistake in Y/A applying the Yahoo! Answers community guidelines.

you cant use it for answers or to send a message but e-mail and 360 will still work.
