How is that people who bully or tease you are jelous of themselves?

im just askin b/c there is agirl @ my school who used to bully me and i told my mom and she said that she is teasing me b/c she is jealus of what i have and stuff and that also she is not happy with herself.is that actually rite?

It depends. I had a similar experience once. Turns out that he just wanted to be my friend. It could be anything. If she does things like calls you names or annoys you, then she probably wants to be friends. If shes just plain mean, well, then you should just try to keep things cool. If you can, just stay away from her. I hope I helped.

yeah that is right. people put other people down so that they can feel better about themselves

That is right because when a bully see's someone prettier or smarter, or better at something than them it makes tham mad and jealous so they try and make that persons life miserable. That makes the bully feel better about themself. Hope this helps! :)
