My own opinion is that this is not the best location. I usually suggest that tourists will find the 4th, 5th or 6th arrondissements the most satisfactory for a vacation visit.

Given the location and the reviews it seems to me that you can do better, especially for a price of 128 euros for a double without breakfast.
