  1. "Some libs" with the initials G.W. believe that when the president signs a law he can add a "signing statement" instead of just signing or vetoing the bill. Congress can vote to override a veto.


  2. Article V of the Constitution of the United States spells out the procedure for amending the document.  

    There is no such thing as "informally" amending (changing) it.  Some libs believe in a "living" constitution which means, "The constitution means what we say it means when we say it means it."  This would give us a constitution that means something different to every person every time it was read.  That would make it meaningless to everyone.
