How is the IT job market in Montreal?

We are thinking about relocating back to Montreal to aide our autistic son with the wonderful services offered in Canada.

I am currently a telephone plant technician in Florida where the services are horrid. I am an IT with lots of experience and multiple industry certifications but I was wondering if the market is still as saturated as it was when I left 4 years ago?

Any information on the job market for IT as a whole in Montreal would be a great help.

By sponging off the Canadian Government by getting free medical insurance you mean?

I'd have to agree with you though - medical insurance/coverage in the U.S. is pretty horrid!
