  1. Excellent! Made famous by George HW Bush, who had developed a taste for Peking duck when he was ambassador to China. He ate at the PGI so often that the Secret Service had a bulletproof window installed.

I don't eat duck, so I chose their salt-encrusted shrimp, but my friend who had eaten there before asked the waiter that the cooks peel the shrimp before cooking it, which they did. Be sure to order their "garlic sprouts," too...sounds a bit odd, but tastes great.

They have a very extensive menu; prices are moderate but some things get a little pricey. One of those is a $10 mini-glass of Chinese moonshine... something like "Mo Tai."

  2. Another great Chinese Restaurant to check out is "House of Dynasty".  They are fabulous...it's fancy chinese, they give you sherbert between courses, and a hot towel at the end of your meal.  The prices are not bad.  They are consistently rated as best in the area.  Check it out.  You will not be sorry.  My favorite is their Crab and Mozzarella Wantons; Vegetable Dumplings; and Prawns with Walnuts.  Ok...now I'm seriously hungry.
