  1. The Tehran conference was the meeting of Joseph Stalin, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Winston Churchill between November 28 and December 1, 1943 in Tehran, Iran.  At the card game, where the pigs and men meet, it is similar to the Tehran Conference because each flattered each other while cheating at the game.  They were trying to forge an alliance, even though they had previously been at war with each other (similar to how Russia, America and Britain were trying to repair relations at the Tehran Conference, even though they had previously fought against each other in the World War).  Mr Pilkington represents Mr Churchill and Mr Roosevelt, while Napoleon represents Mr Stalin.  At the end of the game, both draw the ace of spades.  This symbolises the beginning of the Cold War, when Russia and America competed irrationally with each other for many decades.
