Seriously, is that going to stop them from randomly s******g each other? Mothers there are still giving birth to baby after baby, even when they know they cannot feed or take proper care of the ones they already have. So, how is this supposed to be any different?

  1. It won't, the people's mentality must change.

It's like these "brilliant" urban planners who are going to "revitalize" a bad neighborhood.  You can''t just make it all pretty and nice with a few new buildings and businesses.  You need to change the attitude of the people first.

  2. It's not going to change a thing.  But, as much as we are accused of "interfering" with other countries' affairs, if the US did nothing, we would be accused of "not caring" and "being selfish".

But their behavior will continue.  People have tried to teach them not to drink from, bathe in and go to the bathroom in the same water, but they continue to do it anyway, so they get other diseases form that.

"Educating" them about the spread of AIDS and how to prevent it will do no good either, they like to live primitive and uncivilized and will continue to do so.

  3. it will buy them new shovels to bury the dead,   there old shovels are getting worn out

  4. there aren't "randomly" s******g each other. i read there is a lot of rape going on there  - some of the guys rape children because of some myth and others, and they don't trust condoms.

But that goes for a lot of things, why can't our money stay here instead of going to Africa or any other country for that matter.

  5. Men are taught that if they have s*x with another person, that it will give them the virus and they will be free of it.  Women are raped like it's no big deal over there, which is what perpetuates the spread of AIDs.  Money will pay for education, dispelling some of these false myths.  It will also pay for medical care to treat many of these cases, and help prevent passing the disease from mother to child.

This isn't a problem of blatantly rampant s*x spreading the disease because of disregard.  It's about abusing women, a lack of education and a lack of medical care.  Mothers give birth because there is no birth control.  They don't even know birth control exists.  They didn't exactly get a s*x education class in high school like we do in America.  And being raped is almost a daily thing for many of them.

  6. They will continue having a good time. Thank you.

  7. Your lack of knowledge about Africa is only exceeded by your lack of knowledge of American Policy.
