I recommend you try the #6 formula of Carbona Stain Devils. You can get them at most grocery stores. Add a little laundry soap the Stain Devils, and some salt and lemon juice then scrub with a toothbrush. It wouldn't hurt to add a little all fabric bleach if you have some on hand.
