How is the best way to meet Japanese and Asian women?

I think they seem so nice overall and would really like to meet some and chat some with a few. I just as kinda shy and can not bring myself up to just walking up and talking to one. I am a very nice guy and outgoing but I get so shy around them. Any advice? Thank you.
