How is the clubbing/pubbing/rave scene in chennai for students?

i'm a malaysian, about to join sri ramachandra medical college to do dentistry. i'm a party animal, so wanted to know more about the party life among students in chennai...

To answer your question in short...

in Bombay, people starts walking in a night club by 11.30 pm, where as in Chennai the last drink is served by 10.30 pm and by 11PM they switch off the lights and music to get everybody out......so for a party animal...it's the h**l of a city.

To make the things worst for you....your college SRM is almost out of the city or clubbing zone..

I am not a student but I went to this club called Posha in chennai. It is next to the GRT hotel. It was  rockin!
