How is the commercial Vehicle defined? If I own a car with the company's name, should it be a commercial car?

  1. A commercial vehicle is generally a workhorse kind of vehicle like the utility (ute) or a truck or even at times a 4x4 (4 wheel drive) it has nothing to do with a companies name being on a vehicle


  2. It's only a company car if it is registered in the company's name,therefore it is a private car.If you own it they don't . But I would check out your insurance rights,if you have an accident doing their work.
