How is the commute from Rockville MD to Ashburn VA?

I need to travel everyday at around 8 30-9 00 am and back from Ashburn to Rockville at around 5 30pm - 6 00 pm. Any idea how much time it can take? And what is the route to be followed? Would taking 267 be a good idea or should I take VA 7?

Try mapquest.com or yahoo maps to find the best route. The traffic will be horrendous so figure an hr or more. My daughter commutes from Gaithersburg to Herndon and it is an hr. on a good day.
