How is the cost of car registration estimated, late penalties included?

So we have a 2005 truck, the registration expired in Sept. of 06. It was bought in Texas, but now we are in Oklahoma. So we have to transfer plus register it. Does anyone know how to calculate the cost ?

i dont know but in ga its 38 to transfer, and for a truck you tag will be between 150-200 dollars
