  2. As far as the exchange rate is concerned, it is great right now!

    It used to be that you would get 300 colones to 1 US dollar.  Now you get 500!  

    That's a big difference.  Americans can buy lots more there than they can if they go to Europe (where the exchange rate for the dollar and the Euro is terrible now!)
