  1. Ah. I just transferred from a expensive Catholic private university to a inexpensive public community college, but I did not attend a Catholic high school.  However, I am guessing that it may be similar to my Christian elementary school where we did study about Christianity and the Bible. Applying my personal experience I'd say that it is similar despite the religious aspects that come with those kinds of schools. Both of the academic expectations are all are all basically saying, "Do your best!!" The life in a Catholic university had the air of a small town where everyone knew everyone. However, compared to a public college, I would say that that feeling will be gone. There will be a lot more people from a variety of backgrounds. Get ready to be slightly forced to be more a bit more open minded (if you are not already). It will all be fine. Just "go with the flow" and do what you went there for.

  2. Fewer nuns.
