How is the middle eastern bread khuboos made??

i dont want the recipe jus wanna know how they make the two layers... my friend says it is tough to make them... is it?

do u mean Khubuz Muraked? i have my grandmas cook book and it doesnt say anything about 2 layers. it says...after the dough rises cut it into sections a little larger than a golf ball. allow these to raise 45 minutes. with a bread roller, flatten each ball to 1/4 inch thickness in a round fashion cover with a cloth and let raise 1 1/2 hours. bake @ 450 until the bootom is a light brown. place under broiler until the top is light brown...
