Not as well as the turn of the last century when the world was largely at peace, all the houses of Europe were first cousins and the standard of living and quality of life was continually improving.

Rather than at the turn of the last century when people looked to symbols to uphold, admire and of one of the country, today, the symbols of the country by some are considered a by-gone relic that are looked down upon not so much for what they do but because the ones who look down upon them can't do the things that they see the establishment doing and it's one of envy.  

Give it a thumbs down if you want, but that's my opinion.
