How is the name "Ishmael" pronounced?

Is it Ish-mail, Ish-mall, Ish-my-el, or could it be either of these?

ish-my-el  is the closest correct pronunciation.  i think the correct one should be- 'is-my-el'   's'  as in 'sky'
