How is the ranking of following engineering colleges in Kerala?

Mar Athanasius College Of Engineering, Kothamangalam (MA College)

TKM College Of Engineering, Kollam

Please rank these colleges among themselves as 1,2,3 to indicate which is better and why considering the facilities of college, campus, quality of teaching etc. Does any of these colleges give remarkable training in EEE?

Please please give me a sincere and reasonable answer... I am desperate for an pin point opinion, I can't seem to decide...It is very important.
