The real estate is booming with limited supply and rising income levels. Real estate too is becoming an investment option in places like Goa which offer rent back facilities.

Real estate in India is very hot. Its is actually outperforming the stock market by a big margin.

Just in case Hyderabad interests you; it surely is again one of the hottest real estate markets in India. Prices have seen manifold increase in last 6 months or so.

No wonder there are many "reality" funds (kind of a mutual fund) that have come into exitencce that primarily invest in Real estate.
