How is the right way to pronounce teen vogue?

i pronounce it teen vow-ge but my friend thinks it's wrong and she pronounces it teen vohg

Vogue is pronounced with the o making the sound as in oatmeal. and the g making a sound as in gravy. It's pronounced like Voage. the u and e are silent
