How is the surname "Bachrach" pronounced?

I have an interview with a potential employer tomorrow, and her last name is Bachrach. I want to make a good impression and pronounce her name properly. I know there is a singer/composer by the name of Burt Bachrach, and I've heard his name out-loud before, but I can't remember how to say it.

Does anyone know? Any help would be appreciated!
