How is this Flash site made?

What has been used to make this Flash site? I assume it's a lot of scripting/coding? How could I go about creating something similar? What techniques/resources should i check out? I don't know to much flash, but I could learn it quickly if I knew where to start.

Its impossible to know how this person made this flash presentation without having access to the original files, or attempting to "decompile" them.

However, there are some things that we can assume:

1) There is some interaction with the server from the flash file itself. This can be done in a couple of ways. Aflax (http://www.aflax.org) is one example.

2) While coding was involved, so was non-coding flash animations using motion tweens and symbols. Learning how to organize your animations and call them remotely from a central scene using some basic scripting is key.

3) The coding the was involved was most likely based on some pre-existing code.

Also, FLEX might have been used for this as well.

If you want to learn how to make things like this in flash, the best way is to download a flash file that has some of the features that you want and play around with it. You can find many examples at flashkit:

It's probably all done with a code. I think that either it's maybe made with homestead at homestead.com or with synthasite at synthasite.com. I've got lots of synthasite websites like http://therealsplashface.synthasite.com/ or http://somesites.synthasite.com/.
