  1. Get in-depth financial data, articles, email alerts and track / manage your personal portfolio on FT.com

  2. Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (VTI)

Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-US ETF (VEU)

    iShares Lehman Aggregate Bond (AGG)

    WisdomTree India Earnings (EPI)

    Above:

    You own everything.

Prob get market returns which is not bad. Lots of volatility in India fund. I really don't like untested funds, and untested fund managers.

I would rather own the S&P 500 Index instead of VTI.

PLUM CREEK TIM REIT (PCL) - H8 the REITS. Been short since early 2007. Need a tax deduction?

USEC Inc. (USU) - Interesting, looks like they are growing. I am not an expert in this area however.

I don't know your allocation in the funds which can make a difference.

    Consider: Dollar cost average monthly.

    Vanguard S&P 500 Index - 40%

Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (VTI) - 0%

    Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-US ETF (VEU) - 10%

iShares Lehman Aggregate Bond (AGG) - 10%

WisdomTree India Earnings (EPI) - 5%

PLUM CREEK TIM REIT (PCL)  - 0%

    USEC Inc. (USU) - 1-3%

    Technology Index Fund - 5%

Financial Index Fund (XLF) - 5% - (dollar cost average over 12 months) hold on for the ride.

    Cash/ money market/ 30 day US T-Bills 15-20%

    (save for new opportunities)

Assumes you are 18-45, and retiring at 60. I'd reallocate long before retirement, based on performance and risk.

US stocks 10+ year time frame. Foreign ETF/ funds, 15 year time frame.

Index funds in a no fee ROTH IRA.
