  1. Because it quite possibly could have been a serious question, and you have just flown off the handle and RUDELY blasted that person that asked the question.

You just called him sick... How can you not be insulted?

  2. maybe he thought you were a pedophile or something or maybe thought you have a friend that is one. not saying you are, just saying what i think he maybe thought.

sorry misread wrong. i honesty have no idea. maybe the people thought you were rude. i dont think you were though

  3. I have no daughter, only sons.  And they got nobody pregnant, that I know of.  And in reply to your question,  1 Don't think it is rude. 2. Don't know what I'll do to the guy!  Can only tell when I'm in that situation. 3 Unlikely my daughter would get caught like that, she would have been a 100 times wiser.  4 And she'll probably know more about live (s*x) than the guy would!

    Peace.

  4. It could be considered as being insulting IF the person's daughter was molested by a trusted family friend or member. If the daughter was abused by somebody who was meant to be trustworthy (Doctor, teacher, Religious Minister for examples) and therefore would have been little to do with their parenting skills..........

This person may have a daughter that is in that situation through NO fault of their own and may be having problems with knowing how to deal with the situation ... ( ie Legally by turning the person into the police.. or perhaps by acting as a vigilante and beating the abuser to a pulp.

I think ( and this is JUST my opinion ) that you jumped to the conclusion that this person was to blame..

If the situation was real and due to the type of scenarios I suggested .. I can see how the person asking the question may have felt insulted by your answer....

  5. It's not insulting to me. Goodness it was just a question. I don't know why they flew off the handle but maybe they read it wrong. This was a serious question and the person who attempted to answer shouldn't have been so negative to the poster. This person missed the point completely. They act like the poster said they wanted to have s*x with an 11 year-old or something. Did they even read the question or maybe they didn't understand it.

  6. Well, your screen name "Not Standing For It" sounds defensive right off the bat!

  7. I'm not a dad, but I'd say strive to prosecute the f**ker to the fullest extent possible under the law without totally humiliating your daughter.

  8. i am not a dad but that is not insulting at all.

  9. When you wrote "I just think if you have to be asking a question like that it might say something about your poor parenting" that sounded much, much, much less antagonistic than "You're sick" followed by CAPITALS. It sounds to me that you weren't being very tactful.

This is assuming the question could be legitimate.
