How is volleyball played?

I have a report to do and I can't find anything about volleyball. Can anyone please help? I need to know the history of volleyball, how volleyball is played, the names of the player positions, and the equipment that is used in volleyball. Yes I have tried Wikipedia and I have some information but I also want some more so if anyone can be so kind to answer, I'd appreciate it very much. Thank you and have a good day.

im not very sure about the history of it.

volleyball consists of 6 players...3 in the front and 3 in the back

positions are outside hitter, middle hitter, setter, right side, DS/Libero. the positions may also be named by numbers and they go 432

                                                                                     561

4=outside hitter

3=setter,middle hitter

2=right side,setter

5=left back

6=middle back

1=right back and also serving position

you rotate to the right.

equipment= a net, knee pads, volleyball shoes, volleyballs.

there are line judges, a ref and the coaches.

a back player can only spike the ball before the 10 foot line and after only if he/she doesnt touch the line before jumping

basically 3 passes only and blocking doesnt count as one of the 3

bump, set, spike or block, bump,set, spike/attack
