How is waste disposed during space voyages?

Ejecting it into space would be primative and potentially cause many problems. Space junk can be dangerous, even if it isn't disgusting.

If you mean other kinds of waste, it is stored onboard for the entire trip, or in the case of space stations, it is shuttled down or:

Space shuttle's/ships , have a regular toilet. When they flush it goes out of the shuttle and into space.

it pretty much turn's into matter after a few second's it's released.
