  1. A load of chinese people blow into generators

    Edit: That was a terrible joke go on give me a thumbs down I dare you!  Seriously it is used by wind generators off the coast mostly and boy are they eyesores


  2. Wind energy generagted by commercial wind turbines is used exactly the same way any other energy from any other power source is used.

    Nuke, coal, hydro, tidal, oil, wind, solar....all used the same way.  As power for homes, businesses, ect.

    The only difference between these power sources is how environmentally damaging they are, and how renewable they are.

  3. Wind energy is used to generate electricity. It so happens that when the mills rotate by wind in charges the generator present at power house. There is meter showing the voltage and as the meter hand comes to the highest voltage it starts producing electricity. This electricity is then stoterd and supplied to our houses.
