How is working at BJ's brewhouse??

Question

Right now i work at applebees, which i love! Our stores where i live are awesome, but my store recentally burned down and im not sure if i want to work at a different one. Bjs is being built and will open in one month and im contemplating applying there. Any thoughts?

I work at the Bj's in temecula california and I really enjoy it!  I'm a server/bookkeeper/regional trainer there and we get crazy busy.  If you enjoy a fast paced enviroment, great people, and really high standards when it comes to quality and overall guest satisfaction you'll love it there.

I haven't worked there but BJ's is more of a mini-brewery sports bar with a restaurant featuring deep dish pizza (in case you didn't know).  The crowd is more young adults (mostly men).  I haven't asked the servers what they think of the place but I seem to get mixed feelings from them or at least they don't seem enthusiastic about the place.  Personally I like the food.  As a suggestion, stop by one for dinner and have a talk with your server and hostess about the place.
