How is www.matched.co.uk worth ?

Question

They're saying that they're giving 3 euros/month for an ad they place in our site.They'll allow 5 ads for a single website and allow 5 websites for a single account so by their way :

One can easily be placed 25 ads in 5 websites so we can earn some smart 75 euros/month without getting tired for traffic/anything..They don't even need any click/impressions

But when I applied with a free blogspot site, they reviewed it and rejected my site that the advertisers couldn't be matched with the site.

Do they want any own domain website ? If so I am ready to invest for that if it's worth and genuine...

Anybody with previous/present experiences can better help/guide me.
