I do mine on the treadmill for about 25 min total. 5 warm up, 15 intervals, 5 cool down. Warm up 5.4 mph - 6.0 mphIntervals9.0 mph for 1 minute3.0 mph for 1 minuteRepeat several times.Cool down3.0 mphThat is pretty much my workout. I do it 3 times a week. What is yours like if you do it?
