  2. The biggest I've seen was probably about 2 inch (including legs), some are really fat and scary but none of them are toxic.

  3. The biggest one I ever saw was the size of my palm, (I actually leaned on a tree, didn't see the spider, and put my hand right on it - yikes).

    Looking at the link provided above. I'm pretty sure it was the Tegenaria gigantea.

  4. Small, about the same in most areas as in Michigan or Illionois. Not huge like in Georgia or Texas.

  5. As some others mentioned there aren't dangerous. I even have a spider or two and I'm happy with them as they won't harm me but eat all the insects coming in.

    So, it's also said when you have spiders in your home you are some sort of lucky. They like you, the cosiness in your home. But I always have a look around if they increase too much. If so I catch them and release them.
