Not sure what you mean by 'late'; it's a year-round meet with a short summer break if that's what you mean--they run January to December, taking a couple weeks off before labor day.  Their cards start at 12:25 EST and they run a live race every 25 minutes or so.  Usually they card around 10 races, so they run the last race a few minutes shy of 4:30.
