  1. That shouldn't happen at all unless the person deliberately does something stupid... or its some kind of gypsy tramp fest carnival that's unawareof health and safety regulations.

  2. your probably safer on a rollercoaster then you are in your own car.

  3. slim to none. Nothing nearly happens to the ride. If there is any technical difficulty they will shut down the ride until everything perfect. The riders are the number one priority.

  4. slim to none. and it usually only happens when people are being complete idiots. not because of the ride itself.

  5. Not likely at all.  Riding a roller coaster is safer than riding in a car.

  6. You have more of a chance to die on the way to the amusement park than on the actual rides.

  7. Well people never know when the ride can fall apart not fully but just some parts.

My friend was on a roller coaster and it stopped for a few seconds..and it wasn't supposed to do that, so there is a slight chance of something bad happening but now days its way more few.

So  nobody can tell exactly when some bad happens. Its just a life risking thing when you get on rides, you can either make it out alive, or make it out with injuries or not make it out alive at all. 100% Chance of death, and 100% of living.
