Given the continuing devaluation of the dollar, the huge national debt and Peak Oil isn't it almost like the "Perfect Storm" for an economic collapse? Will it come if it does how bad will it be and when will it happen?

  1. Its sure looking that way at the moment.

    Scary as well

  2. I'm not an economist and I don't claim to understand very much about the workings of the U.S. economy.  But I do understand very well about the economics of my own house; for example, I know that I have to make more than I spend, and that necessities come first and luxuries second.  Like you, it just seems impossible to me that we can continue living on borrowed money indefinitely.  And I don't like how we've send so much of our manufacturing overseas.

I hope that it won't come, but I feel like it will, and I'm afraid it might be very bad.

  3. The market is going to collapse this fall.
