How likely to be approved for FHA by Underwriter after being Pre-Approved

Hi,

We just got pre-approved by the lender for an FHA loan... I guess he used a computer program and it came back approved and now he said he has to send it to an underwriter for review. I was wondering how likely it is after being pre-approved for the underwriter to approve us. Do we have a good chance at being approved by the underwriter?
