How likely will I get hired?

Question

Since my interview in early February, I've followed up 3 times. The second time I called, the HR rep said that they hadn't ruled anyone out and that I was still in the running. Last week I called but I spoke to the assistant since the HR rep was on vacation. She said that by this week they'd be gathering everyone's questions and finalizing paperwork. I was referred by an employee. How likely will I get hired?

For the interview that took place 3 months ago, it looks like they are not in a hurry to fill up the job position. I wouldn't count much on them.
