  1. depends on the current draw and battery condition.

  2. Just a half good inverter will have a cut out on it to save the battery for a start, on the car.  I think you should be ok for one movie if you do not turn on the ignition, and the dome lights are off all so. Try this the first time at home if it kills the battery then you can get a jump with out the walk :<]

  3. Do some math: The inverter uses some power for itself and the DVD player needs some power. The battery has a certain amount- let's say 50 amps/hr. If the inverter and DVD player use 10 amps/hr, you'll run it down in 5 hours. The inverter will probably shut off after the battery runs halfway down though, some have that protection. So, expect to need to recharge at the end of a movie. I don't really know how much power your inverter or DVD player use, so take a look in the manuals that came with them. Probably they don't use as much power as I used in the note.

  4. About five years. Just make sure its not leaking acid battery.

  5. at least a year but over all it depends on how much you use the lights and radio and stuff.

  6. in about 12 -15 hours you,ll notice a drain in the battery in it,you cant run an inverter for that long without having something putting a charge back in the battery i got one in my truck and 15-16 hours on it and its low,i use a solar charger when using the inverter then it puts back a charge in the battery ,and keeps it from running down, the system works good that way, good luck.
